New Group Class in Notting Hill

Super excited to start this new class at this most beautiful and historical venue!

This slow flow hatha is for all levels, suited to the more seasoned practitioner as well as the beginner. Detailed Instructions and modifications for the postures are given to suit each student's ability.

The class involves pranayama (breath control), asanas (postures) and dharana (concentration)

A little about the Venue

The Tabernacle is a Grade II-listed building in Powis Square, Notting Hill, built in 1887 as a church. It is no longer a place of worship, but continues to serve the secular needs of the local community.

During the 1990s The Rolling Stones and Pink Floyd rehearsed at the Tabernacle. In 1998, the venue reopened after a £4 million refurbishment, featuring a new hall, studios, art gallery and bar/restaurant.
